Return & Refunds Policy

At Astor Shipping Containers, we are committed to delivering top-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, our hassle-free return and refund policy is in place to ensure your peace of mind.

Return Eligibility

The following conditions must be met for your return to be accepted:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition with its original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or valid proof of purchase.
  • The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.

Return Process

Email Us: To request a return, please send an email to info@astorshippingcontainers.com with the subject line “Return Request.” Include your order number.

Approval: Our customer service team will review your request and respond within 10 business days with further instructions if your return is approved.

Return Shipping cost: You are responsible for arranging and covering the return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged or defective due to our error. 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom or special-order containers.
  • Any item that has been damaged or broken by the customer.
  • Items not in their original packaging.

Refunds

  • Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card, PayPal, etc.).
  • Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 12 business days. Depending on your payment method,
  • Deductions: Please note that the original shipping fee of $300 is non-refundable. Additionally, any costs related to return shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Restocking Fee

Restockinf fee is applied for 5% of the product price.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. We offer exchange only for damaged or defective products from our end.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at info@astorshippingcontainers.com within 7 days of delivery. We will collaborate with you to resolve the issue and arrange either a replacement or a refund.
