Our used 20ft open side shipping containers have a pair of double hinged doors along one side of the container giving full side access (FSA) – as well as a pair of double doors at the end.
These FSA containers are available for sale online or by contacting our friendly container sales team.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States only. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Timelines
Order Processing Time: After placing your order, please allow 1-5 business days for processing. During this period, we verify payment, prepare the container for shipment, and create the necessary shipping documentation.
Shipping Time: Standard Shipping time is 7-15 business day (Monday to Friday)
Shipping Costs
We offer a flat shipping rate of $300 for all orders, regardless of destination, as long as the shipment is within the United States. This flat rate covers all handling, packaging, and transportation fees.
Tracking Confirmation
After your container has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking details. This will enable you to monitor your shipment’s progress and estimate its expected delivery date.
Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- All deliveries require a valid street address within the United States.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your shipment is damaged or lost in transit, please contact us immediately at info@astorshippingcontainers.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If a replacement or refund is warranted, we will inform you of the next steps.
Changes to Shipping Address
If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us at info@astorshippingcontainers.com as soon as possible. We will coordinate with the address issue, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

Return Eligibility
The following conditions must be met for your return to be accepted:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition with its original packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or valid proof of purchase.
- The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.
Return Process

Return Shipping cost: You are responsible for arranging and covering the return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged or defective due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Custom or special-order containers.
- Any item that has been damaged or broken by the customer.
- Items not in their original packaging.
Refunds
- Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card, PayPal, etc.).
- Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 12 business days. Depending on your payment method,
- Deductions: Please note that the original shipping fee of $300 is non-refundable. Additionally, any costs related to return shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. We offer exchange only for damaged or defective products from our end.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at info@astorshippingcontainers.com within 7 days of delivery. We will collaborate with you to resolve the issue and arrange either a replacement or a refund.

Warranty Coverage
This warranty applies to all containers purchased from astorshippingcontainers.com and covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service conditions.
Warranty Period
New Containers: We offer a 10-year limited warranty from the date of purchase on all new containers.
Used Containers: We offer a 4-year limited warranty from the date of purchase on all used containers.
Refurbished Containers: We offer a 5-year limited warranty from the date of purchase on all Refurbished containers.
Note: We mentioned about the features and warranty on products page. Please, read that carefully.
What is Covered
The warranty covers the following:
Structural integrity, including but not limited to, rust-through of the steel frame and panels.
Water-tightness (free from leaks) during the warranty period.
Proper functioning of doors, locks, and hinges.
What is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accident, or improper installation.
Cosmetic issues, including but not limited to, surface rust, dents, scratches, or paint issues.
Normal wear and tear or damage resulting from transportation or handling after delivery.
Modifications or alterations made to the container after purchase.
Warranty Claim Process
To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at info@astorshippingcontainers.com within the warranty period.
- Provide Proof of Purchase: Include your order number, date of purchase, and a description of the issue.
- Inspection: We may require photos, videos, or an on-site inspection to assess the condition of the container.
- Resolution: If your claim is approved, we will repair the container, provide replacement parts, or, at our discretion, replace the container with a comparable model. If repair or replacement is not possible, we may offer a prorated refund.
Exclusions and Limitations
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
This warranty is valid only for containers purchased directly from Astor Shipping Containers or an authorized reseller.
astorshippingcontainers.com is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the container.
